Amazing things happen when one chooses to cross one’s boundaries and leave one’s comfort zone. That’s exactly what this chapter aims for its members. Through this chapter, you will have access to numerous opportunities to showcase or even find your passion for an ‘area of interest.’ I chose to use the phrase ‘area of interest’ instead of ‘Chemical Engineering’ because of the fact that you need not limit your scope towards chemical engineering. Skills from many disciplines can be learned and implemented to create something great.

Through this blog, I would like to convey only one message to the students of Ahmedabad University. Use this platform to your full advantage. Have something to share? Please do. Have a suggestion? Please approach the members or officers of the chapter. Have an idea? This chapter will help you implement it. Work with the chapter. Play with the chapter. Innovate, collaborate, have fun. The experience that you will gain while working or participating in the chapter will teach you things that no book or course will, because experience matters more than the result. This platform will help you connect with your juniors, peers, seniors and even with the large community of professionals as well as students engaged with American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE).
